Privacy Policy

This policy is about the website only. Bespoke Wellness's website does not collect personal or health information, create accounts, or book appointments. Booking and all protected health information (PHI) are handled inside our separate, secure patient system (EHR) under HIPAA. This policy is not our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided to patients separately at intake.

Information we collect on this website

• Almost nothing. There are no forms, logins, or health-questionnaires on this site.
• Basic server logs (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be recorded by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
• Privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics may be used to understand overall traffic. If enabled, it sets no cookies and collects no personally identifying information. We do not use advertising pixels (e.g., Meta Pixel) or Google Analytics.

What we do not collect here

• No names, contact details, symptoms, diagnoses, or other health information are gathered by this website.
• If you email us, please do not include medical details — standard email is not secure (see below).

Email

If you email us with a general question, we receive the information you choose to send. Please do not include personal health information in email. For anything about your care, use our secure patient system.

Service providers

We use reputable providers to run the site and our email (for example, our website host and business email provider). Where these providers handle information on our behalf in connection with patient care, we maintain appropriate agreements, including a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with our email provider where required.

Your choices

Because we don't build profiles or run ad tracking, there's little to opt out of. You can browse without providing any information. You may contact us with any privacy question.

Children

This website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date will change accordingly.
